1º Os atletas devem confirmar a sua participação no secretariado até
à hora indicada em cada uma das provas;
2º As inscrições deverão ser realizadas em
https://www.louledesporto.com/midaatletismo/, até ao dia 23 de Abril de 2019;
3º Nesta competição só podem participar
atletas federados, com exceção na prova de 500 metros de Benjamins A e B;
4º Os atletas só poderão participar em duas provas individuais;
5ª Nos Concursos de salto em comprimento, lançamento do peso e disco masculino e femininos os atletas
realizam 4 ensaios, acrescido de mais 2 para as 5 melhores marcas;
6º O concurso de salto com vara inicia-se a
3,00 mt;
7º Prémios Individuais:
7.1- Haverá prémios monetários
(50,00€) para o vencedor
absoluto de cada prova;
7.2 – Haverá medalhas para os três primeiros classificados de cada prova;
7.3 – Haverá um kit oferta por participante;
8º Nos casos omissos neste regulamento, o mesmo
rege-se pelo RGC da FPA e IAAF;

3º Only federated athletes can participate in this event, except the competition of 500 meters of Benjamins A and B;
4º The athletes will only be able to participate in two individual competitions;
5ª In the long jump Competitions, the shot put and discus throw for men and women, the athletes make 4 trials, and 2 more for the 5 best marks;
6º The pole vault competition starts at 3.00 meters;
7º Individual Awards:
7.1- There will be monetary prizes (€ 50.00) for the absolute winner of each competition;
7.2 – There will be medals for the top three of each competition;
7.3 – There will be an offer kit per participant;
8º In cases not covered by this regulation, it is ruled by the General Regulations of Competitions of the Portuguese Federation of Athletics and International Association of Athletics Federations
